Yesterday, my coworker was sick and between the both of us we called everyone down the long list of staff that wasn't working that day to see if they could cover for her. NO LUCK. We have swine flu at our high school and my coworkers friend has it. So anyway we had no luck finding a sub for her. My boss was out on vacation so I had to call my boss's boss. Yeah fun. Anyway I ended up working with 20 kids on my own all by myself. I was fine up until 5pm when I had to use the restroom. It all went ok but I am beat today TOTALLY. I have already picked up the snacks for the next 2 weeks and am ready for work again. Luckily I will not be there alone this time.

Also we are trying to get ready for Bradleys birthday party on Saturday. we don't know who will be coming since he sent out the invites waaaaay late. So I have to figure out food and clean house for that. I am just wondering what he is going to do to help me. I mean I know it's his party but we need several things done that he needs to help with. Anyway.. have a great Wednesday folks. I have a 4 day weekend this week since we have Friday and Monday off. I am also seriously thinking about getting the flu shot tomorrow--just the regular flu shot not the F1N1 or is it S1N1??? That is too risky I think but since I am around kids all day I think I need it and so does Rhiannon. 

Awww Amanda... I'm so sorry to hear this news. This flu is really making the rounds, eh? And it's made even worse, because everyone knows the government is responsible for it - they released it into the population...

Yeah, it really is unfair, Amanda. Personally, I think it's also really shoddy, considering how many broadcasts have been done by people since the site launched, and how NONE of those older shows are available anymore... My personal opinion is that if you're going to create that kind of site, then make sure the older stuff can still be accessed "whenever"...
