Well here is the update on me while you rock out to YOUR favs. I am getting used to my work schedule. And I must say I have great group of kids this year. I will be getting another kid as soon as they hire someone qualified. He has Autism and needs a one on one care person with him. I will have him M-F on top of the kids I have already. The kids are great and pretty well mannered for being crazy when school gets out. The older trouble makers I have are just really good kids and need extra guidance and they have extra homework to do as well so I don't have much trouble keeping them busy. And the extra hours I am doing will be a bit nicer on the checking account. The summer was waaaay too fast and as soon as I was recovered in July I was having to start thinking about the new school year and planning activities. My biggest obstacle right now is learning their new names. I feel like an idiot every day.......i need name games or something. duh.....

Sounds great, Amanda - I'll check out the radio station later on, when I have a minute to breathe. I'm happy to hear you're feeling so positive about the kids you have this year; I remember how frazzled you felt when you were coming to the close of things for the summer break. Memory games are actually a great idea, especially when it comes to learning new names, and I'll bet the kids would love to help you out with something like that. Good luck, my friend!

Thank you so much for your well wishes, my friend. I am very happy to say that Charlie is doing much better today - the swelling is finally going down, and he's not crying. He's still walking with a bit of a limp, but it's nothing like it was last night. Thank you again - so much!
